At TryNutrify, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds to ensure safety and quality.
All Sales Are Final
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or consumed products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue, include clear photos of the product and packaging in your message.
Eligible cases may receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at info@trynutrify.shop.
We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution if the package is confirmed as lost.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:
• The order is confirmed as lost in transit
• The item received is significantly different from what was ordered
• The product arrives damaged and replacement is not possible
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback, customers are required to contact our support team to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
